About REDISYT

The Surface Engineering and Tribology network is an organization established in 2015, and funded by the Mexican National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT). This network brings together the main university laboratories in Mexico who work on surface analysis and tribology, and has the aim of promoting research collaborations between different centres, as well as offering scientific research services to the national industries and government organizations.

Infrastructure and researchers

The laboratories of the member institutions of the network have state-of-the-art research equipment, typical of that used worldwide for surface and tribology research.

The member scientists have international recognition in surface and tribology research, as well as experience in industry research, in this way they are able to provide high-level expertise to network industrial customers.

Our clients

Our clients are companies and universities that require chemical and structural characterizations, with their respective analysis, of materials even when little or no base information is available (metal-mechanical, pharmaceutical industry)

Were able to offer a wide variety of tribology to mechanical testing of components and parts of interest to the metal-mechanical industry.
